3 questions as a newbie to Zorin

1. Which is the official site to purchase the Zorin 9 Ultimate
2. I'm using the basic Zorin 9 core but can’t seem to fix open windows in the center of the screen they always open to the comer, what do I need to do, I tried various right click options like fix.
3. which is the minimum spec for the PC for the 32bit & 64 bit version of the Ultimate version.
