[SOLVED] Extra Pane

In Zorin OS 6.4 there is a menu item for an extra pane which i always found really useful. But i can't find it in Zorin OS 9. Is it still there?

Are you talking about Nautilus? (= Windows Explorer)? - try the 'cog'/'bars' top right - not got access to it at work so could be talking rubbish!

Hi thx Swarfendor no access to an extra pane via cog wheel top right in Nautilus but have discovered can snap two different windows into place onscreen if i choose the New Window option. This does the same as the extra pane menu option in 6.4..

Glad you sorted things yourself - another option would be to install Thunar, which uses one window but many tabs - just open a new tab and go somewhere else then click on your original window!

I installed Nemo 2.2, which has what i want. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8981
