Hey everyone.

I just switched over to Zorin from Windows 7 since my hard drive broke. I was wondering how I could get JAVA to work on here. I am using the Google Chrome web browser. I looked at a bunch of different forums and I still cannot figure it out. I have OpenJDK Java 6 Runtime and Icedtea Java Plugin installed. The main issue that I am facing is that I cannot use pogo.com. My mom shares the computer with me and that is the main site she is on.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Hi,

you can also make sure that you are using Open Java version 7 with the following terminal command (Ctrl + Alt + t):

sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jre


If it won't take the command because the packages are already installed, just close the terminal after the message!. :D
