jumpy screen

Hello, I am new to zorin so I may sound stupid about some things. I am not new to a computer however and I can get around the hardware pretty good, I don't type worth a hoot so bare with me please. All of tha being said I have a problem realated to graphics. I have a lot of jumpy or choppy movement while trying t waztch a video online.It starts out ok then gradually starts getting worse and worse. Any suggestions as I am pondering going back to the big W.

also, open a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) and paste this command so we can see what graphics card you have:
