I just made Zorin OS Core 9 live linux usb memory.
Problem is that i can`t find keyboard localisation settings.

If you mean running Live from USB, when you see Accessibility man = keyboard - hit space then F2 will already have been selected (Default is English) - use your cursor keys to select your locale (but not sure if it is present in the image of Zorin) - then F3 for keyboard locale - use arrow keys.
