Wi-Fi not working on HP Pavillion g6

I am trying to help a friend with a new install of Zorin OS 9 on a HP Pavillion laptop. We are running into a few errors with the install. We ran the following code and our wifi card is not showing at all. It has a rtl8723be wifi card installed.

sudo rfkill list all:
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no

Any help would be great. Thanks

Hi,

you can try using Ndiswrapper (already installed in Zorin OS under System Tools > Administration > Windows Wireless Drivers in the main menu!):

Or wait for madvinegar as he is the Wifi master!.

Just another thing that can also happen to Windows users - is the Wireless switch switched to on?
