How much driver installation problems are there in Zorin?

I was searching for installation instructions for nVidia drivers for my graphics card. So I input the words -- nvidia driver install -- into the search engine, and got this back:

"The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: nvidia driver install."

Are there so many threads and posts asking about installation of nvidia-drivers that your search engine cannot cope?
Is this a good time to reconsider the installation of Zorin on my computer?
