Hi,

use "Shutter", install via a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) with the following command:

Code:
sudo apt-get install shutter

Hello . Thank you for helping me. What means CODE: SELECT ALL ? I had shutter but it has the same problem . I know the screen shot software on zorin can take multiple shots but by default it comes with that pop up thing . How can i put it to take multiple screen shots ? I like the software that takes screenshots on zorin, what I need is that it takes multiple screneshots without poping with a confirmation window. I need it to take multiple screenshots without poping up that confirmation window each time i take a screnshot .

Hi,

the standard screenshot app can only take one shot at a time as far as I know?.

Take Screenshot_014.jpg

With Shutter, you might have more chances of taking multiple screenshots by looking here (basically keep clicking on things whilst Shutter's main window is still open!):

https://answers.launchpad.net/shutter

There are only a couple of screenshot tools for Linux and imo; Shutter is the best choice!. :D

On the Zorin Os 9 Lite I can take multiple screenshots. I have a netbook with the Zorin 9 Lite version and I can take multiple screenshots I ask the developers of Zorin: What is the software for screenshot present on the 9 lite version? It's different from the one present on Zorin 9 Core.

Hi,

I just checked my version of Zorin OS Lite and found "imagemagick", it came pre-installed but I can't find it under that name!. so if it uses a different name and you can find it; you might be able to use it in Zorin OS Core?..

Here is a list of other alternatives for you:

CODE: SELECT ALL means you can copy the code that has been posted to your clipboard and paste into your open terminal - prevents you making any typo errors! ;) :D

Please I need a answer from the developers of Zorin Os. How can I take multiple screenshots with Zorin Os 9? It's crucial to me to be able to take several screenshots directly to the IMAGES directory. It's the only thing I need. Zorin Os Lite can do this thing. If There was a 64bit of Zorin Os Lite I would Immediately Install it and erase the Zorin Os 9 Core that I have. I Need to know what is the software that takes multiple screenshots on the Zorin Os Lite. Thank You

Imagemagick is already present on the Zorin Os 9 core so that is the one probably doing the single screenshots on Zorin Os 9 Core. . But that has no use to me since it doesnt let me take several screenshots. I need a developer of Zorin Os to explain to me what is the software that makes several screen shots on the Zorin Os 9 LITE. It's the help I really need.

Thank you

Hi,

take a screenshot (no pun intended!) of the app you are using so we can determine what the app is called, when you open the app, there is normally a button at the top right that says "Help"; then click on "About" and it will tell you its name!. :D

I looked at my copy of Zorin Lite and cannot find anything at all!. :D

It would be great if there was a 64 bit of Zorin Os Lite. This computer is 64 bit and doesnt install 32 bit distros. The UEFI doesnt let me The software for secreensots present on Zorin Os Lite is Scrot. On the Zorin Os 9 Core I think it might be the imageMagick since I dont see other on the menu.

With regards to EFI, interesting article here, but not for he faint hearted and you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK!:

Your other options for multiple desktop shots would be to do some screen recording with Kazam, recordmydesktop, or vokoscreen then use a video editor to take clips from the video! :D

I need that a developer of Zorin Os to answer this question. How can I take multiple screenshots on Zorin Os core 9? What I get now is a single screenshot and a pop up windows to confirm the screenshot and i have to press confirm to save the screenshot. Its ridiculous . I need what Zorin Os 9 Lite has . I can take several screenshots there. I think its SCROT that is there. I tried installing scrot on Zorin Os 9 Core but it doesnt work. Zorin developers installed the Scrot with specific comand lines that I don't know

Okay? Thank You

Unfortunately I have a sad announcement to make. Due to the lack of reply to my request I can't no longer have Zorin 9 Core on my computer. I have found a Linux Distribution 64 bit that has a Screenshot tool that can take multiple screenshots.

Zorin Os 9 lite is on my 3 netbooks because it has Scrot and I can take multiple screenshots.

It's very important to me to have the Screenshot tool with that built in. I take hundreds of screenshots per day and it's vital to me.

The Dev team of Zorin Os didn't sent any feedback to me . There was no answer.

I am very sad but I have to move on. If Zorin 10 has the Scrot built in I will install it.

Another solution is Zorin Os 9 Lite with 64 bit. That would be perfect. I could install it on my main computers and it has scrot .

See you.

If you want to install scrot in any Ubuntu/Debian system, use the following terminal command (Ctrl + Alt + t):

Code:
sudo apt-get install scrot
