Hi,

have you done a full update:

Have you installed any bluetooth packages?:

bluetooth

bluetooth-touch

blueman

If not, open a terminal with Ctrl + Alt + t (after doing a full system update per the guide above) and then install the 3 packages listed above with the following command (copy & paste it into the terminal):
