Thanks.

Core is based on Ubutnu 14.04, Lite on Lubuntu 14.04 for older PC's and Ultimate will cost a donation of €10 and has more packages installed!.

If Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit LTS works fine on Dell T7200 CPU.......Zorin 64 bit would too?

Just be aware that Lubuntu based distros are usually 18 months to 3 years (such as Zorin Lite) the ONE exception to this is a different distro, LXLE 14.04. ;)

Zorin Core and Ultimate are supported to April 2019.

Shall Zorin 9 64 bit Ulimate run fine on my Dell XPS 171?

I would advise testing in Live mode before installing and see how it fares - also check out this review in terms of heat generation:

Laptops do have their own foibles when it comes to GNU/Linux - you may find some Fn+ keys may not work and an issue that is common to a lot is not coming out of 'suspend' properly - this is a GNU/Linux issue, not a Zorin specific one.

Remember, the main site of Zorin recommends downloads of the free vesion to check compatibility before purchasing Ultimate! ;)

Hi, I am aware that you have purchased Zorin Ultimate - all GNU/Linux distros come without warranty of fitness for purpose - that is why you are advised to use a 'free' version before stumping up for Ultimate - the main difference being more software and a few Zorin particular 'Bells and Whistles'. ;)
