ZorinOS9 Lite how do I open up the Desktop Sharin Prefrence?

the Non lite verson of ZorinOS8 and 9 under system preference there is a icon for "Desktop Sharing" where I can set the options for remote connection into the desktop.

I don't see that in Zorinos9 Lite. though looking at software center desktop sharing is installed. I just don't see the icon to open up the setting for configuring it.

is there a command line that I can type to open it up?

a tad above my head methinks but I do have an option for you, check the Zorin Lite guide and the links contained therein:
