Start Menu Button

I am wanting to change the start menu button from being the blue Z to an apple mac logo yet when I click on remove customize icon it doesn't do anything ?

Has anybody else had this issue and have they solved it and please tell.

Hi Tim,

you can edit the AWN folder which you must do as "root", you should save the Zorin menu pic somewhere (in case you want it again) because you will have to move it from the folder and replace it with the pic (icon) of your choice.

The folder is located in:

Home > Devices > Computer > usr > share > avant-window-navigator > applets > zorinmenu

Open a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) and type:

gksudo nautilus


and enter your password to make yourself root first!.

I would also check the dimensions of the icon - too big and it won't take! I am somewhat bemused why you want an Apple Icon - the main icons in Mac are 'Finder' and 'Launcher'.
