[SOLVED] Hear some noise on speakerphone [ZorinOS]

Hello guys, long time no see you.
Again - have a problem. This time it is strange sound. I think my microphone is hear on my speakerphone, and this is periodically. Recently I open alsamixer on the terminal end... I don´t know, edit some options I guess. Any help?
This is how alsamixer looks like. I try to find on google how to reset my alsamixer to default, but there is no posts. Thanks

So I recommend you install the following packages using the terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t):
