ctrl f not working

Hey guys,
I recently installed Zorin OS. My ctrf-f shortcut is not working.
I have compizconfig installed and I am pretty sure that I did not personally change the default values for ctrl-f, though I modified a lot of other keyboard shortcuts.

I also checked the default keyboard menu in system settings, it had "search" by deault, I changed it to "ctrl-f" but it still isnt working. Any ideas?

Ctrl-F is not working anywhere, including browsers, office, etc.

Thank you in advance!

HI, just tried Ctrl+ F in both Firefox (38.0) and Opera (12.16) and no issues at all - launches find every time - same goes for LibreOffice Writer too! Wonder if you have got a corrupt install? Did you check the images md5 sum against what you downloaded? Did you try the disc live before installing? (or did you install by another method? Which version of Zorin are you running - 32-bit or 64-bit? I am running 64-bit Ultimate version. :D
