when booting up I have use advance and recovery menu select to get to run properly, when just selecting Zorin on the main menu wont work do I have install again do I have download again to U.S.B. to make it work properly because it just locks up and doesn't work at all time.

After you downloaded the .iso did you run a checksum to see if it matches the md5 sum of the .iso? What version of Zorin? 32-bit/64-bit, Core or Lite? What are the specs of your machine?
