Problem when I suspend my laptop

Hello !
I'm new to Linux and I am using Zorin 9 Ultimate recently !
My problem is when I suspend my Laptop and try to turn it on again , it shows a black screen with two lines in written in white then alot of things written in white
then nothing happen ! so I turn my laptop off by pressing power button for 10 sec .
Is there any soultion for this problem ?
the other problem is I don't have hibrtention option on my Start menu but I remember when I installed Zorin that option was avalible.
The Third problem that I have is I can't install any application for Software Center , it shows error msgs like this one

Hi, Please take a look at this article in respect of hibernation (Zorin 9 is based on ubuntu 14.04):

With regards your repository issue, go to Software Updater (Menu | System Tools | Administration) and click on Settings - on Sources, change to 'Main Server' and see if things improve.
