How I change de output sound device

Hello, I'm Guille270 and I'm a noob on linux. I know somethings like do some scripts but, now, I have a problem.

I have a "gaming" headset, and I want to listen the sound system in the headset instead of use the speakers. I know that I must change the audio configuration, but Zorin doesn't remember this setting.

How I have to do to Zorin remember my desicion? I can do a Script?
