Hi, sadly, no it doesn't work - your only option, if this is Zorin 9 is to install Cairo-Dock, install GnoMenu to replace Zorin Menu and then in Preferences, ensure that Windows key is active for menu launch.

Did you burn your install medium at the slowest possible speed/fully format the USB stick ?:

Wolfman, the Windows key does not work to launch ZorinMenu (or does it after install?) There is no winbind key in Zorin 10 or 9 - the only way round is the GnoMenu installation way which is what I did with my Zorin 9 Ultimate install with Cairo-Dock DE. ;) :D

I just tried it and it doesn't work in Zorin 10 either!. I also tried adding it manually but the result is the same!.

This is one for the devs I'm afraid!. :D

My video link I showed you does it - I have just completed it in Zorin 10 with tutorial videos how to do it but a pyrrhic victory as only restart and shutdown work with Zorin 10 when using Cairo-Dock!

Hey Wolfman, I realise now why the Windows key is no longer linked to the launching of the Menu - if enabled this would no longer happen (I know as I have been 'tweaking' [breaking! ] Zorin DE - I managed to get an older version of AWN installed and if I bind the Windows key to GnoMenu (cf ZorinMenu) this no longer works:

Window switching that requires left Window (Super) key and Tab ;)

Hi Seth,

as I said earlier, it is one for the devs, Zorin may well be based on Ubuntu but Ubuntu doesn't have AWN and so we will have to wait for a dev to swing by and answer the question to the problem!. :D I can't get it to work myself despite making changes in the keyboard shortcuts in system settings!. :D

Hi Wolfman, I have done a tutorial video/s on how to install GnoMenu - you just need second menu button to logout/poweroff! :D

Hi, it was not a bug but a modified menu which Zorin have termed, ZorinMenu - they have removed the options that were part of GnoMenu. ;) :D
