usb mouse problem

i bought a usb mouse off of ebay (usb opticle mouse) and if i stop using it for 2seconds the light dims on it and i have to click or shake it to make it work again ... is this problem fixable ?

This sounds more like an issue with the mouse than with Zorin. Try a different USB mouse.
