Audacity & AudioBox

Aloha!
I opened Audacity just to see what happens. It identifies my AudioBox 1818 VSL, I can record with it and I can hear what I recorded afterwards, when I plug the headphones directly in the computer. When I plug the headphones in the interface I don't hear anything even though the LEDs are blinking (!). The signal reaches the interface but I can't hear anything (volume knob was open). What can I do?
Thanks and greets

Hi, see my response to your ardour issue, plus make sure you follow Wolfman's excellent Post Installation guide, particular with regards to the section on 'Sound':

Hi,

install the package "paman" (Pulse Audio manager) and check the settings there:

Code:
sudo apt-get install paman
