I have used Zorin 9 with my hardware config. and it always worked well. Zorin 10 = no sound. I have run through the sound troubleshooting recommendations to no avail. I have a Asus Xonar DG soundcard which is on the tested hardware list. Any advice would be appreciated.

OK..so I ran the alsamixer and found the audio output was set for headphones so I changed it to multichannel and my sound works!
So, problem solved.
