When I initially loaded Zorin 9 my HP1018 printer worked fine. Then I allowed an update and now it won't print. I'm trying to load a new driver, but it asks for my password to root and says I entered the wrong password, gives me 2 more tries and then locks me out. I only have the one password for Zorin and haven't made any others. How do I find out what password this wants?

Hi,
the password it wants is the one you set up the system with when you installed, are you logging in as "Guest" or normal user?.

Also check that you have not caught the spacebar or left caps lock on!
