Can't get pass blue screen

My mom's neighbor kid thought he would help "fix" her computer. He deleted everything, unistalled Windows, and installed Zorin. Nothing really worked correctly after the install. Now, a few days later, when I turn on the computer I get the below blue screen. I have attempted the press every button on the keyboard and various combos, nothing is working. I have her Windows install disks, but if I put them in the drive, nothing happens. I have also put the disk the neighbor kid wrote "Zorin 9" on and still nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
