Password protected installation

I have a confirmation number for the Zorin Premium installation. However, the installation is password protected. How do I obtain the password so I can install the Zorin OS. Thank you.

the password is in e-mail which is sent to you after payment is complete

I have been waiting for 3 hours for my password. Where is it? Getting aggravated... this is a joke you pay for something it should be given to one asp not have to waite hrs this will put a lot off people off bying this

I had the same issue but it was in my ' spam ' mail.
