Zorin crashing and freezing up, help please

Recently my Zorin as started crashing and freezing up.
Any ideas why or how to fix it?
I have not installed anything new

It would be nice to know in detail what has been going with the computer !!!!

A few times the screen went black with writting across the top, like full screen terminal.
also it froze a few time, with no reaction. had to turn off with the power button.
and most recently error messages

Here's a couple of examples even after updating

This is either a hardware issue or it may be related t some software you run. I know I have hosted a gameserver that would cause this from time to time.

What software are you running before the crash takes place?

It helps even more to know your computer specs.

Reason being...I've noticed things like the problem your having computer.

One example..when the user installed/configured the wrong nvidia driver !!!!
