Hello and I am a new Zorin user. I have installed Zorin 10 Lite on a Compaq CQ60 and it is running very well.

I must use the Timekpr application. I have installed it, but cannot get its control panel to come up. What is the solution or workable alternative with the same functionality?

Thank you.

Hi,

open a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) and type the following command, it should open?:

Code:
timekpr-gui

Hope it helps?. :D

That was a big "Bingo!"... with the addition of a sudo. But working great, now. I have built my son's CQ-62 with 64 bit and repeated, all working great. Now, on my son's, I hope this OS resolved the wifi adapter issue from cutting out, repeatedly. (crossing fingers)

Thank you very much for the suggestions.

This morning, I went ahead and followed the procedure at http://www.webupd8.org/2013/01/fix-wire ... k-not.html. I created the file and it's holding nicely. I haven't received a complaint, yet. If 3 days go by and I hear nothing, I'll consider it a success.

Thank you, again! :D I have much happy making, here.
