Laptop won't shut down

Hi all,Had previous posted about my laptop not shutting down or re-starting.Worked for a short time but is back.Have to shut down with power button.Acer Aspire Intel Celeron N2840 Intel graphics 4 GB DDR3 memory 500G HDD.Zorin OS 9.1 is only operating system in Laptop.

Also run a full system update with your software sources download location set to "Main server", see the update guide:
