Inherited Zorin PC, Locked out

Linux newbee... I just inherited a Zorin PC but I can only access the 'guest' user profile. I ask that someone point me in the right direction so that I may become administrator?

If someone gave you the PC with Zorin on it then they should have backed up all their data, deleted the data from their /home folder and renamed the account with your name or username of your preference before handing it over - go back to them! ;) :D
