Cannot install anything in Zorin OS 9.1

Hey people
I just installed ZorinOS 9.1 1 week ago from that time i can't install anything i got these errors whenever i try to install anything: and besides can you tell how to add another language. Thanks in advance!

You will notice there are more than just the commands used for installing the package - it appears a host of other stuff is needed to.

I would also suggest you:

1. Follow Wolfman's Post Intall guide here:

2. Change your Software Update settings to point to Main Server to ensure your system is kept fully up-to-date. :D
