Only showing guest account

Hi there

I've looked through forums but couldn't see this problem out there.

I've installed Zorin onto a PC, created an account when asked, install finished and rebooted. Now I can only see the Guest account, arrow keys do not show other accounts. So re-installed, as doesn't take very long, and still not able to see the created account. can't run any command lines as disabled for the guest account so can't see what to do.

Any pointers?

(new to linux so all too likely I'm missing something really really obvious)

Hi Chris,

This used to be an issue with Zorin 8 but not personally had an issue with this on earlier or later iterations - can you change the user by using your 'up' 'down' cursor keys? (arrow keys between main part of keyboard and numpad. ;) :D
