Is there a way to disable that screen so i for instance could just press the power button and it would shutdown and not ask what to do?

I've had a quick search for this but not found anything apart from issues of Lubuntu not shutting down at all - no requests what you are after. You could try and post a query on the Ubuntu forums stating it is Lubuntu 14.04 you are using but bear in mind Zorin is a fork it may not work if they do have a fix - and don't mention Zorin or they will refer you back here!
