Loving the Zorin OS for my old laptop. Is there another email application to Kmail and a good music application to listen to my music collection??

if you are missing KMail you could install it but it is likely it will download a lot of KDE libraries for you to run it! Alternatives are Evolution and Claws Mail. I started using the latter after Windows version of Thunderbird has been reported as full of security leaks.

For music you cannot beat Clementine - it's the best out there - period! ;) :D
