Increasing font size of menu text

I have downloaded Zonrin 9 but I find the size of the text in menus and elsewhere a bit small. How do I increase the size of the text fonts? I am an absolute beginner and have downloaded the operating system in the hope that I can use it as a perfect alternative to Windows.

Hi, see if you can change things with gnome-tweak-tool:

http://askubuntu.com/questions/19770/ho ... their-size

or you may need to install dConf Editor - open a terminal (Menu | Accessories | Terminal) and enter:

Code:
sudo apt-get install dconf-tools

You will be asked for your login password to elevate your user status to 'root' (a bit like 'run as administrator' in windows - note - you will NOT see any asterisks - this is a security item built into the system, so be careful when entering your password.

After install 'dConf Editor' will be placed in 'System Tools' section of the menu. Search for 'dconf-editor' in that link I provided above. Keep us posted! ;) :D
