So I only have a 1GB pendrive as a bootable device, so I was restricted to Zorin OS 9 Lite when installing, but I would like to update the whole system to Zorin 10 Core as most of the packages available are a bit outdated, and also some functionality is broken (theme chooser, keyboard settings, setting up locales and keyboard layouts, etc.). I would prefer doing this without having to boot from the install iso (since I can't write it to this small pendrive I have). Is it any way possible to do that from within the OS?

Hi, I think you will be pushing it beyond what is possible! You need to stick with Lite or look at a similar one such as LXLE (
http://lxle.net) or Lubuntu
(
http://lubuntu.net). Besides, Zorin 10 is end of life come end January 2016!

Bummer... I thought there might be an easy solution like using different repos or installing certain packages :/
Thanks for the answer though! Will wait until I get a better pendrive.
