Allmost all Topics STICKY

Is it desired to have allmost all topics marked STICKY?

More recent and new topics can only be found on the 5th page (depending on the number of topics per page).

Hi,

If you are the original poster, remembering it is for Guides and Advice to others, not posting of questions, after you have posted, open the post and you should be able to see an option of making it a sticky - If I find new posts that aren't STICKY but recent I will mark as such and they jump to the top of the list - hope this helps!
