how to move the taskbar?

Hi I'm a long time windows user, and I found out trying this distro on Virtual box that I can't move the taskbar to the right of the screen.

This is personally a deal breaker for me. Is there any way to move the taskbar to the right, so that the menu button will remain at the top?
