[UPDATED 11.8.2017] - Netflix app for Ubuntu is not being developed any more - the last available one was for 14.04 (Zorin 9). However, following Chrome extension in Firefox in respect of silverlight and the Gnome Shell Extensions project which requires Chromium extensions I have found a great add-on for Netflix users: 'Search Neflix with FindFlix' - It works a treat, being able to watch Netflix in Firefox.
The information below is for Zorin 9 only now!
1. Install Neflix using the following instructions:
http://itsfoss.com/netflix-ubuntu-1404-desktop-app/
2. If still using ZorinMenu, Sound and Video programs will be blank, if using GnoMenu, it won't work at all!
Solution to 2.
A. Create a desktop shortcut of 'Netflix-desktop'
B. Purge netfilix desktop from the computer via a terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T):
This should then mean that your Menus are intact whether using GnoMenu or ZorinMenu in 9!
