THUNAR - Best file manager EVER !!

Could the devs here put in Thunar 1.6 please?

It allows multiple tabs too. But it does what no other file manager can do: RENAME, EXTREMELY WELL - names of files and folders.

It can search-replace, remove any number of characters, change CaSe Between lower, UPPER Or Initials - EASILY, with previews of the changes, before changing.

IMO it repaces Dolphin, etc.

Hi,

I'm not one of the developers-just a very happy customer with little command-line savvy-but have you checked Synaptic? I'm running Zorin 7.1 Lite, not the full version... but when I searched Synaptic I found Thunar 1.6.2 available for install if I want.

I'm a big fan of the default Pacmanfm running right now as is...but I recently installed Thunar of a friend's copy of Bodhi Linux over whatever the default was and it made a huge difference.
