A mighty need for a Multi monitor taskbars for Zorin

Multiple taskbars for multiple screens
- Not sure what more needs to be said here but an integrated solution with Zorin would be nice as a lot of Linux users these days seem to use multiple monitors and having multiple taskbars would be great.

When I contacted customer support about this (because I was informed 12 would have it before its release) I was informed "Multi monitor taskbar support is not available in Zorin OS 12 yet. We may add this feature in a software update in the future."

I am posting this to gauge interest and perhaps draw more attention to it from the Zorin team to bump it up in priority. It is not the biggest deal really but it is fairly standard these days and the task of going all the way to a specific monitor every time I need the task bar, while simple, is not as smooth as I would like it.

Well, to be honest, multi-monitor support in general would be nice to have in Zorin, but IMO they never nailed that down. When I had Windows 7 on my machine, I used the TV as my main screen, and a 22 inch monitor as a secondary, I liked being able to have a chat window on the secondary screen, while I could be watching youtube video's, or gaming on the main screen. However, when I installed Zorin OS 9 at the time, and had multi-monitor mode on, instead of placing dialog boxes and popups on the main screen, it decided to put them on the notebook built in screen, bypassing both external devices, which meant, I had to open the notebook, just so I could see what I was doing, just to make a selection.

And I couldn't find an option that would just make it work how I wanted it to work. So in the end I disabled the multi-monitor mode. And now since Zorin OS 12, well, I didn't even bother trying, cause I just had this notion that it wouldn't work anyways so why try right? Zorin isn't really trying to be a serious mainstreem OS. I suggest using Ubuntu Mate until Makulu Lindoz comes with its new full release. But that is a good suggestion don't get me wrong, but I think just having proper multi-monitor support would be a good first step before we get a multi-monitor task manager.
