Suggestion : Smart Task Manager

Hi i was wondering since Zorin has a Software Center why not have a "Smart Task Manager" as well? For example if one wanted to install a TV Tuner the Task Manager would ask a series of questions like model/name of TV tuner, run a standalone PVR or as backend for Kodi for example?

Unfortunately, that would never work as hardware designed for that other OS is proprietary. If you bought dedicated GNU/Linux hardware that suggestion becomes redundant! :D
