Gnome 3 - maybe not so good after all!

I agree with you, Vista was a bust because of the major hardware requirements and even Windows 7 is only making it's way into the corporate world due to attrition. Recently I installed Zorn Core 32 bit on an Emachine that had Vista installed, That machine was just barely minimal for Vista but when I installed Zorn it fly's. I think if Gnome starts the same thing with the high hardware requirements they just may find them selves out in the cold. I wonder what Zorn will do in 6?

I have just today installed Gnome 3 on Zorin 5 and i must say that i like it very much. It's interesting and new.I couldnt see any problems with hardware requirements so far.
PS: Hi !
I'm new and think that Zorin is a very good distro because it configured my graphic card better with open drivers then with proprietary drivers.
