Hi Hensyr, so long as it is only promoting Zorin and nothing else I for one can see no reason not too! ;) :D

Yes it promotes only Zorin OS for the Dutch speakers.
There is also a Dutch Zorin OS forum.
Everything is about Zorin OS and nothing else.
