GNU/LINUX future far from secure from M$

A lot of hype was made about the future of GNU/Linux being more secure following its acquisition of Github. I never believed it for one minute and further proof here:

I thought Microsoft "loved" Linux so much that they're integrating it with Windows. If Microsoft truly loves Linux I would love to see Windows and Microsoft no longer being proprietary and be made fully open sourced with no catches or hidden agendas.
