Installing from USB Help

So, I'm trying to boot from a USB (Lexar), but I'm having an issue. I downloaded Unetbootin. From what I understand, I have to install the it using the ISO image from the Zorin I've already placed on my USB. However, I have no idea what to select. I don't know what the name of the iso image would be and I don't see an option that could possibly be the iso. I'm very confuzed o.O

I've installed Linux before on multiple machines but for some reason this confuses me. If anyone can give me a fix for my issue or any other better way I could go about booting Zorin from a flash drive I would be very grateful.

Thanks but my question is more for how to use Unetbootin for Zorin. It says to select Disk image, ad then search for the iso. My problem is that I can't locate the iso within the Zorin I downloaded.
