Cannot Boot Zorin OS 12.3 Ultimate 64 bit

Trying to install on Toshiba laptop....

Secure boot is disabled.

Memory: 3.7GiB
Processor: Intel Celeron(R) CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz X 2
Graphics: Intel Bay Trail
Base System: Zorin OS 12.3 64-bit
Disk: 2.0 GB

It said the installation was complete and reboot. However, I try to reboot and the computer gives the error message, "Reboot and select proper boot device."

I have to keep booting from the install USB just to get the OS to run in safe mode. I'm a Linux noob so please go easy on me and use small words. :)

HELP. :)

Can you please supply the actual Model name of your Toshiba? Is that 2 Gb disk space or should that be 2.0 TB?
