i keep getting this error code after clicking install zorin: 0x800000000000000e couldnt get size
couldnt get uefi db list

I have been browsing multiple forums to fix this error, most suggest disabling secure boot (which wasnt activated for me in the first place). i have tried every setting for secure boot i can to no avail.

my specs:

i7-5820k
16gb ddr4 2666
gtx 980 ti
MSI x99a mpower
two 240gb 850 evos in raid 0 (my windows 10 installation)
4tb wd black (extra space)
240gb 860 evo (empty and ready for zorin)

will be glad to provide more info if requested.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - Samsung are the one manufacturer of SSD's that do NOT work with any version of GNU/Linux. :(

My Samsung 850 Pro works fine so maybe not the issue.

Have you tried another Distro and or different USB drive? Also different USB 'burning' software just as a starting point in case it is something simple.
