Hardware for new Zorin 15

I'm running Zorin 12 on my Dell Vostro 410, which is just over 10 years old. I have a couple of questions.
(1) After the full Zorin 15 is released, will there still be upgrades for software on Zorin 12? and (2) if I move to Zorin 15, will my old computer still be capable of running it?
If not, I might be having to look for some new hardware because I use Zorin as my main desktop system now.
The Vostro is a Core2Duo, hasn't had any modifications since purchased new, apart from the addition of a second hard drive to run Zorin in dualboot with Windows7 (which I now no longer use! :D ).

Hi, Zorin 12 is supported until April 2021 like its main counterpart, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. As for 15 or any other release of Zorin, run it in live mode and see how it fairs. I installed it on a Notebook at work that can't be upgraded to Windows 10 as it was only licenced foir Vista Business, Dell E6500 with mobile nvidia. I don't know what the mobile nvidia graphics requirements are but I had to upgrade the desktop from an Asus nvidia GT620 to a Zotac nvidia 1030 - the minimum desktop graphics require nvidia GT630 as the current kernel runs with 410 drivers upwards. ;) :D

Many thanks for those details and suggestions. My graphics card entry shows this:
AMD RV635 (DRM 2.50.0 / 4.15.0-48-generic, LLVM 6.0.0)
I'm no expert on this hardware. Sounds like it'd be a good idea to put some cash aside for some new gear before 2021.
