Hi guys. I installed Zorin 15 and upon restart, it's giving me this message.

Can anyone please help? Thanks.

Thanks for replying. Yes that's what I get. Unfortunately the solution posted there does not work for me because I'm unable to get into BIOS there seems to be a problem. I could get into UEFI when Windows 8 was installed but not anymore...

Take a look here:

Another solution:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softwar ... indows8ISO

Boot from the .iso using imgburn if you can access another computer to download to and recover your windows install that way - you will need your CoA that should be on the notebook somewhere - usually you need to remove the battery and the CoA should be under that. At least to get you back to the start of where you were before attempting to install Zorin. ;) :D

Another option would be if you know someone who had the same version of Windows 8.1 (32-bit or 64-bit?) and it must be the same version, and ask them to create a repair disc for you as another option. ;) :D
