I try to install zorin 15.2 edu 32bit on imac white 2007.
It fails: iso not good / no support.
I am not an expert but i see 64bit versions of boot files in efi directory: bootx64, grubx64 en mmx64.efi

Can somebody tell me if this correct?
Are there 32 bit versions needed?

This article might shed some light on the issue?:

Thanks for your reaction!
I found the imac type by serial number and it is a Apple iMac early 2006 ( sorry one year older...)
(20-Inch "Core Duo" 2.0 Specs Identifiers: Early 2006 - MA200LL - iMac4,1 - A1174 - 2105)
It has only 32 bit architecture (second imac on your suggested webpage) so it does need 32 bit versions of the boot files ?
where can i get them?

Thanks schwenky, those are the images i tested with and did not work.

**** i found a specialist matt gadient (https://mattgadient.com/linux-dvd-image ... 06-models/)
Not tested any further yet. A homegarding project has higher priority this week...

I would download the Lite 32-bit versions and create a USB bootable media using Balena Etcher:

https://www.balena.io/etcher/

As there is a special bootable image for creating usb bootloader for mac's.
