Why LibreOffice writer keeps running in recovery mode every time I open a libre writer file? Is there any way I can stop it?

Did LO crashed the last time you used it successfully?

One way is to wipe the hidden files associated w/ LO and run LOS for the 1st time. You'll lose all the configurations you made.
If you don't care about what configurations you made, open up a file manager. Then view -> show hidden files. One of them (*.?)
is LO - sorry I don't know because I don't have LO, but my guess is something with office in it, i.e., *.?office). Remove that
directory, and then, start LO.

Thanks! I found the folder *.office, cut it and place it on another drive. Restarted LO, it created another folder with the same name automatically but kept giving me the same recovery stuff. I replaced it with the old one I saved and it stopped the recovery bla bla. SOLVED!!
